Hoot Cost: $100.00
Hotel Cost: $155.00 per room, per night, single, double or quad & 7% tax.

are reserving a room for the Red Hat Hoot to get this special room rate.
There are 180 rooms available, and we expect them to go fast. Once these have been booked you will pay $197 per room and get a room outside our block.

Scheduled Events
This is what you get for your $100.00
Friday the 26th
 3pm to 6pm check in, registration and welcome bag
 Bring items for tag sale to the hospitality room on the 2nd floor. Have an envelope
with your name, name of item and dollar amount you want for it pinned with a
safety pin on the item. You’ll be notified when the sale will go on throughout the
weekend.
 Dinner on your own.
 7pm to midnight, welcome reception with cheese, fruit, vegetables and a cash bar.
Live entertainment, Karaoke, dancing,
Saturday the 27th
 Breakfast on your own
 10am Red Hat parade down Congress St to Monument Square
 Noon to 2pm Buffet Luncheon which will include soup Du Jour, cold
sandwiches, potato salad, pickles and chips, live entertainment.
 2pm to 6pm on your own to explore beautiful downtown Portland, the arts
district, historical sites and the Old Port for shopping.
 This event is a formal dress, Bling it up. 6pm Buffet Dinner including fresh fruit,
salad, roast pork, fish, vegetarian lasagna, vegetables, rolls & deserts.
 9pm to midnight live entertainment, dancing
Sunday the 28th
 8am to noon Pajama Breakfast to include juice, fruit, eggs, French toast, hash
browns, yogurt, muffins, scones & bagels, coffee and tea, and good byes.
 Noon check out.
There will be door prizes and 50/50 raffles throughout the events.
Each queen will be asked to bring a gift with a value of $25.00 from their chapter to be used for a door prize.
