Red Hat CasualUpon departure from our designated areas, we will first visit Swan Chocolates in Merrimack, NH. This visit will include a tour of the factory, learn how chocolates are filled, and in some cases dusted with gold, and there will be plenty of samples for everyone to taste. A highlight for many is the chocolate fountain where you can dip fruits and pastry in a shower of chocolate. This is a sweet way to begin any trip.
Following the Swan Chocolate tour, we will visit Zorvino Vineyards in Sandown, NH. Zorvino Vineyards is a small piece of Tuscany. The picturesque winery is located on 80 beautiful acres and produces quality wines from local New England grapes. We will tour the facility learning how the winery bottles and makes wine. Before tasting some of the wines, you will learn some of the terms used to describe wine and how to choose the right wine for the food being served.
We will then proceed to lunch at either the Weathervane or Newick’s in Dover. There will be many items on the menu from which to choose. To be announced once registrations and decisions on going to the Weathervane or to Newick's have been made.
Following lunch, we will take our final tour at Flag Hill Winery in Lee, NH. Flag Hill, established in 1990, produces various types of wine including grape, fruit and dessert wines as well as New Hampshire’s first port wine. We will also be sampling some of these fabulous wines on this tour.
The price of $82.00 includes the bus ride to and from all of the venues, visits and tours to Swan Chocolates, Zorvino Vineyeard, lunch, and finally, our tour of Flag Hill winery. All taxes and gratuities are also included in this package. We will arrive back at Pelham Street at 5:00 p.m. and Macy’s at 5:30 p.m.

Please make checks payable to Jacquelyn Donoghue in the amount of $82.00 and mail your check along with your sign-up sheet to 45 Presidential Lane, Methuen, MA 01844.
